Let us put your logo on to shirts, jackets and ball caps or a promotional item such as totes or groom/golf towels. Need your logo on something else? Let us know.

Email your logo to cozyhorse@sympatico.ca in bitmap or jpeg file format and we will convert your logo into stitches ready for use on items. Our Logo set up fees start at $45.00 for a basic one colour logo, using our font library. A more intense, detailed logo, with multiple colours, non library font will require a fee of $95.00.

Don’t have a logo? Need us to create one for you? This process may require any or all of the following: artwork, hand drawing, sample stitching several times, photos for approval and email communication to meet your requirements. Our fee for this service is $150.00.

Please understand that there is a lot of work to digitize your logo, test it out as an actual stitch file and often we have to rework a logo several times. Some companies charge as much as $450 for this service on a simple logo. If you already have a stitch file from a previous company email us, attach the file and we will do our best to test the file with our equipment and provide you with a quote. No set up fee is charged for this service.

Once your logo is set up with us you will be quoted a “hoop fee” in 4 possible sizes for use of your stitch file based on our available hoops. These sizes and possible uses are:

• 10cm x 10cm (4” x 4”) for placement on the breast of jackets and shirts
• 13cm W x 5cm H for placement on ball caps
• 13cm x 18cm (5” x 7”) for placement horizontal or diagonally on saddle pads
• 20cm x 30cm (8” x 12”) for tote bags, horse blankets, jacket backs

Hoop fees are based on the number of stitches, colour changes of thread and dimensions of stitch file. We have a minimum hoop fee of $10 per item for single items, or $15 for thick heavy saddle pads.

Embroidered Names

For names such as family names, horse names, stable names etc the first stitch out is based on the attached chart according to the size letters required and then repeats will be set based on “hoop fees” according to the sizes listed above.

For example “Jason” in 2” or 5 cm letters would be: 5 x $3 or $15.00, however “Joe” would be 3 x $3.00 or $9 with our minimum charge being $10.00.

Please be advised we cannot stitch copywrite items and permission is required when sponsorship items are being worked using a commercial logo.
