Logo Digitizing

Let us put your logo onto shirts, jackets and ball caps or a promotional item such as totes or groom/golf towels. Need your logo on something else? Let us know.

Email your logo to cozyhorse@sympatico.ca in a jpeg file format and we will convert your logo into stitches. Our Logo setup fees start at $50.00 for a basic one colour logo, using our font library. A more intense, detailed logo, with multiple colours, non library font will require a fee of $100.00.

Don’t have a logo? Need us to create one with you? This process may require any or all of the following: artwork, hand drawing, sample stitching several times, photos for approval and email communication to meet your requirements. Our fee for this service is $150.00.

Please understand that there is a lot of work to digitize your logo, test it out as an actual stitch file and often we have to rework a logo several times. Some companies charge as much as $450 for this service on a simple logo. If you already have a stitch file from a previous company email us, attach the file and we will do our best to test the file with our equipment and provide you with a quote. A setup fee of $25 is charged for this service.

Once your logo is set up, you will be quoted a "repeat or hoop" fee based on our 4 available hoops. These sizes and possible uses are:

• 10cm x 10cm (4” x 4”) on the chest of jackets and shirts
• 13cm W x 5cm H (5" x 2") on ball caps
• 13cm x 18cm (5” x 7”) horizontal or diagonally on saddle pads or the back of polo shirts
• 20cm x 30cm (8” x 11.5”) for tote bags, horse blankets, jacket backs

Hoop fees are based on the number of stitches, colour changes of thread and dimensions of stitch file. We have a minimum hoop fee of $10 per item for single items, or $15 for thick heavy saddle pads. All items dropped off MUST be clean or new.  No exceptions.
